I am going to make this pie, may use a lower fat ricotta in honor of American Heart Month. Yum!!

Hello Keith, this recipe looks great, and I intend to give it a shot. I have one question though: I live in Spain, and apparently Ricotta here is named REQUESON.
I don't want to use the wrong ingredients, so can you please tell me if this is the same cheese?
