Chef Keith Snow To Be Featured On Alaska Cruise May 15-22

I wanted to let you all know that I will be aboard the Holland America Line’s ship ms Rotterdam in May from the 15-22 cruising from Seattle WA to Alaska. The cruise visits the fabulous inner passage in Alaska where glaciers, small fishing towns and amazing wildlife are abundant.  I will be doing several cooking demonstrations in the ship’s culinary showcase which is presented by Food & Wine magazine. Obviously I am very excited by this opportunity as I’ve never been on a cruise, or to Alaska.

The staff and owners of The Woodinville Wine Cellars of Woodinville WA will also be aboard the boat and I will be working with winemaker Sean Boyd to pair wines with the dishes I prepare. Woodinville Winery produces several hand crafted wines that have won many awards. I will also get a chance to meet many  fellow Lacanche range owners as staff of Frenchranges.com will be aboard too. I have not decided what I will demonstrate or prepare but I will most likely feature some fresh west coast seafood and local spring vegetables.

I will also be signing copies of the Harvest Eating Cookbook so if you have  a copy of the book and want to come on a cruise, I’d be delighted to meet  you and sign your book!
