Description:
Learn how to create a delicious mixed green salad from the garden with a pomegranate vinaigrette.
Ingredients:
2 cups organic filed greens
1/2 cup organic carrot julienne
3 tablespoon pomegranate vinaigrette
1 pinch (optional) kosher salt
1 pinch (optional) black pepper
1 tbs Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Directions:
1. Toss your washed and dried greens with the carrot, vinaigrette and top with a touch of cheese.
