creme fraiche – ? i looked it up and it's sour cream, but different. I must seek this out. Very good video blog, Keith! love each one.

Question for Chef Snow: You mentioned that you "don't like mayonnaise, these days, that has soybean oil in it"…why?
I think soybean oil is a low quality ingredient…and in mayo that is 90% of the product….they put it in because it’s cheap..
