Things like grass fed beef and pork, local greens, then plenty of foods from down the road in FLA. In winter, eating regional foods is more logical as most local foods are not in season. Also, using frozen vegetables and things we've canned are a common menu item I also cannot resist going off on a few tangents in this episode talking about guns, coffee makers and a few other unrelated topics.
