Name:	Herb Compound Butter
Description:	Delicious and very easy to make, this butter can be used many way. I suggest putting it on a grilled steak, in a baked potato, to cook eggs etc...
Ingredients:	1/2 lb fresh butter (use store bought if need be, I know most of you don't have time to find a farm!) 3 tbs assorted fresh herbs pinch of gray sea salt a few twists of black pepper
Directions:	1. Soften butter at room temperature..add herbs, salt and pepper, mix well. 2. Wrap butter up in parchment paper or waxed paper to form a log, freeze or refrigerate.
