| Ingredients: |
1/2 cup pure olive oil 1 tbs fresh rosemary (no stems) 1 garlic clove, sliced rind or zest of one lemon, no white part pinch gray salt few twists of black pepper |
| Directions: |
Warm oil, add the rest of the ingredients, sizzle for 30 seconds then place in cold bowl to chill. (no plastic, it will melt!) |
