Rosemary & Lemon Infused Oil

Name: Rosemary & Lemon Infused Oil
Description: Simple way to make a great tasting flavored oil to use in marinades, on cooked foods, to cook eggs etc...Very Versatile!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup pure olive oil
1 tbs fresh rosemary (no stems)
1 garlic clove, sliced
rind or zest of one lemon, no white part
pinch gray salt
few twists of black pepper
Directions: 1. Warm oil, add the rest of the ingredients, sizzle for 30 seconds then place in cold bowl to chill. (no plastic, it will melt!)
