| Ingredients: |
1/2 lb cooked whole wheat elbow macaroni 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese 1/2 cup shredded sharp white cheddar 1/4 bread crumbs 2 cups mornay sauce a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil salt & pepper to taste |
| Directions: |
1-Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees 2-Mix mornay sauce with cooked macaroni. 3-Top with shredded cheese, bread crumbs and a little olive oil. 4-Bake for 30 minutes. |
