France Trip-Bocuse dor

I recently returned from a fabulous trip to France where I attend the 20th anniversary of the Bocuse dor cooking competition in Lyon France. I traveled with the owner and salesman of Art Culinaire, the US distributor for Lacanche ranges, the brand I cook on. The trip was amazing and we did some really cool things and stayed at some fantastic places throughut France, Italy and Switzerland. Of course the food was incredible, so we're the views and the French people. We visited the cities of Avinongne in Provence, Dijon and Buenne in Burgundy and finally Lyon, the culinary capital of Europe. Home to many famous dishes like Escargot and fabulous Jambon...ham..usually served with a parsley gelatin. I will be posting many pictures soon..but here is just a few........
