Signature Custom Woodworking
Chef Keith Snow

When we were designing our studio kitchen with designer Melissa Greer of "Kitchens by Melissa" in Belton South Carolina, we wondered how to make the counters stand out. She suggested using hardwood counter tops. I was not familiar with hardwood counter tops and wondered how they would hold up to water and the abuse I would put it through cooking as much as I do.

I then did some research and found that Signature Custom Wood Working of King North Carolina was a quality outfit that would measure, fabricate and install my counter tops made from beautiful and sustainably grown hardwoods. From the first meeting, their staff was very professional, informative and helpful. We decided on two different wood species, Black Walnut (for the island) and Cypress. (for the rest)

The counters are the first things people comment on when visiting the studio..it's usually something like this "WOW that wood is beautiful", I feel very proud of them. The best part is I can also feel safe to recommend this company as they are really great people.

If you're in the market for counter tops, anywhere in the southeast or beyond, think of Signature Custom Wood Working they can do a beautiful job. Below is some pictures that show the work. I will add more soon, or jump over to their site and investigate. Then give a call to Bruce, he can take good care of you.(tell him Keith sent you!)

If your a builder, be sure to check into getting these hardwood counters to make your houses stand out.
