I am amazed that people eat bad bread or even consider it bread at all. I am talking about that stuff the lines the shelves in most American supermarkets and bakeries. Sliced, preservative filled bread that is marketed as healthy. Little fiber, dough conditioners, too much salt...YUK. I love real baked bread that is made with love and great ingredients.
