Food Industry Urged to Cut Salt to Improve Global Health

The United Nations needs to make reducing salt content in foods a worldwide priority to improve global public health, said British researchers in a new report. Writing in the British Medical Journal, researchers said there are enormous health benefits associated with a cut in salt consumption.
