Harvest Eating Sample Recipes

Here is a collection of recipes that our nearly 20,000 members love, share and speak very highly of. Recipe are so common online that many people think all recipes are the same. BE CAREFUl!- many recipes sites are a collection of user generated content UGC.

These sites claim to have hundreds of thousands of recipes, but none are curated or tested before being posted. These recipes are usually made with prepared food as the base such as salty canned soups, or other boxed base ingredients. Just like any information, you have to know and trust the source.

Harvest Eating recipes are designed by a professional chef with over 25 years of experience. The recipes are built with local, seasonal and organic (when possible) foods. The focus of the website is to teach people how to cook and to cook with foods that are sustainable and to help support local farmers, farm markets, CSA's and stores that carry local foods.
